Branson’s Nantucket resort has been very successful with this program, of course the visitor must join for the owner to receive the $500.00 however, the rate of people that join are much higher since the owner has already sold them before the guest has arrived. The owners are very proud of there purchase and tell their friends why they joined and they sell it themselves.
Mike Jett the sales manager for Branson’s Nantucket tells us that we will sell 3 out of 10 couples that walk through our doors but with the referrals the numbers are almost double.
