December 11, 2009
As another day passes another day comes, and just like it was yesterday another holiday season has come upon us once again. Just around the corner comes another New Year. December has always been a month for celebrations and this year is no different. The economy has positive signs that a better time will be coming in the coming year. With optimism filling the air, we will pull through these times as we always do. Perhaps it is an American thing that when the going gets tough the tough get going, and we will have a great New Year. Lets enjoy this festive season as we spend time with our families and friends for it is always comforting to reconnect with old friends over the holidays. We spend so much time in our day to day activities that we forget to take the time we need to take a deep breath and enjoy what God has given us. We all need to remember to appreciate the things we take for granted. Whenever you see one of our troops be sure to take the time and shake their hands for without them our country would not be the greatest nation in the world and allow us to have these festive times.
From all our staff at Branson’s Nantucket Resort have a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year

Timeshare Hybrid Offered at Branson’s Nantucket Resort
December 11, 2009
Branson’s Nantucket resort has been dubbed Missouri’s top rated lakefront resort and for good reason. The new resort has been built on the shores of Table Rock Lake which is one of the top ten lakes in the United States. The resort boasts freestanding homes with over 3600 square feet spread out over five stories of total luxury. Branson’s Nantucket builder James Lansdale has commented that the finishing details throughout the resort are the best quality, including specialty items such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchens and windows filled with Argon gas, the most advanced windows available in green technologies.
Branson’s Nantucket offers a unique membership that allows its members to hold a deeded vacation interest in the property. The typical timeshare on the market today allows usage at the resort and trading abilities to other resorts as well. Lakefront property like that found at Branson’s Nantucket is scarce and the value has always gone up even during recessionary periods the value of the property will rise. With this in mind, the deeded vacation shares allow the owners to share in the equity of the property value, including when the home values increase.
Branson’s Nantucket resort began offering deeded vacation shares this year and the response has been overwhelming. According to Geoff Petters, operations manager at the resort, “We’ve had many timeshare owners coming to view the property and the one complaint we hear most often is that some of their timeshares just don’t work as good as they expected. Another common problem is that their trading value is poor and when they have no desire to return to their home base, there is no availability where they want to go.”
Branson’s Nantucket resort eliminated that problem for the most part by building a luxury project that consistently receives top ratings in the state of Missouri. The resort features amenities that include a private elevator that goes all the way to what has become the famous Widows Walk high above Table Rock Lake. This unbelievable viewing area was once reached only by spiral staircase so many of the guests declined going atop the residences. Now the members can ascend in comfort and this has become a favorite feature for the elderly or anyone who simply does not like stairs. Branson’s Nantucket resort sells itself so returning to their lakefront home as some people call it is truly something to look forward to.
Branson’s Nantucket’s exchange program is done through a company called Holiday systems International who are the new upcoming exchange company. HSI offers breakaway weeks that allow a member to use another property without giving up their home base and this is a godsend for anyone that has given a week to an exchange company only to get nothing in return.
Branson’s Nantucket resort and its deeded vacation shares are definitely a big part of the timeshare industry’s future. Branson’s Nantucket resort hold previews at their welcome center located at the top of Stormy Point rd and HWY 76 anyone interested in attending one of these fun filled previews should contact the resort directly.

Branson’s Nantucket Receives Award from the Free Masons
December 11, 2009
Branson’s Nantucket is once again in the news for their philanthropic endeavors. Most recently the resort was recognized for donating one thousand dollars to the local Freemason Lodge in Branson Missouri. Herb Terril, Past Master of Branson Lodge presented the check to Geoff Petters, Operations Manager of Branson’s Nantucket. “Everyone at Branson’s Nantucket is proud to be a part of giving to the less fortunate in our own backyard, especially during the holiday season. The Mason’s annual Christmas basket campaign in Branson has made such a positive impact in our local community since its inception, and all of us at Branson’s Nantucket are grateful to be able to support their efforts” Petters explained.
Branson’s Nantucket received a certificate of appreciation for their help in this worthy cause from the local Freemasons chapter. Management representatives from Branson’s Nantucket were informed of the need for support of the Christmas basket campaign from local authorities who felt they were in a position to help. As Terrill explained, “The gift baskets are filled with all the necessary food items that make up a traditional holiday family dinner including fruit and treats. Since most of the families have been referred from knowledgeable sources, the baskets are generally specific enough to fit each individual family.”
Mr. Terrill went on to explain, “We really strive to include toys specific to the age and sex of the children in that particular family also. Or, if that type of specific information is unknown, other family packages include the full meal plus coloring books, crayons, activity toys, fruit, sweets and many other traditional holiday offerings. Everyone deserves that little something special on Christmas morning.”
These baskets are given to the families in Stone and Taney counties that are having trouble making ends meet this year. When Kevin Knasel, owner of Branson’s Nantucket, was told of this worthy program, he did not hesitate to make a personal donation and also encouraged his staff to support whatever local charities they prefer. “Nothing is more true to Christmas than the spirit of giving. It doesn’t matter how small or how large the gift or how you go about sharing your good fortunate, just the act of giving is the true celebration of the season.”
Branson’s Nantucket offers previews of their resort beginning at their welcome center located at the entrance to Stormy Point. These vacation seminars are scheduled Monday through Saturday and include not only an overview of membership at the most requested five star residence resort in Branson but also a small glimpse inside the most luxurious lakeside residences available at Branson’s Nantucket.

Branson’s Nantucket Construction Update
December 7, 2009
Branson’s Nantucket lakefront vacation resort talks about finished luxury homes
The year is coming to an end and we are proud to announce that we have almost completed four more Branson’s Nantucket Resorts lakefront vacation homes. The year has gone by quickly with the sounds of electric saws whining and hammers banging, but the result is a beautiful resort that is being completed according to schedule.
The foundations for the next group of residences are scheduled to start shortly after the New Year and everyone is excited to see continued progress. The New Year should prove to be equally as busy with construction goals set at the same pace as last year. The most exciting new development is the addition of private elevators that will be included in the new residences. This is one feature that will truly help Branson’s Nantucket stand out amongst its competitors. With this type of easy access, guests of all ages and mobility will be able to enjoy all levels of luxurious comfort.
Especially since some of our premier residences boast four and five levels of luxury lakefront living, our guests will be excited to bring friends and family members with them in the coming years because these homes have a level of quality that is just amazing. All the residences feature gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. And no expense has been sparred in the design and furnishings throughout the rest of the units. All this is done in an effort to make sure your vacation is simply the best it can be.
The view from the current residences’ Widow’s Peak perched high above Table Rock Lake has impressed visitors and guests alike this year. Early next year we are looking forward to starting on the next phase, or as most people who view the property say, the new phase of residences. Especially since the views from these new units will be truly spectacular from multiple levels, we have already experienced an overwhelming amount of interest in these units.
Whenever in the area come by in, check us out for yourselves and see why everybody is taking about Branson’s Nantucket Resorts

Branson Missouri resort Branson’s Nantucket offers ongoing presentations
December 6, 2009
When the phone rang, I initially thought it was just another marketing company trying to sell us something. This time it was a resort located in Branson, Missouri called Branson’s Nantucket Resorts. They offered us a weekend stay in a hotel including continental breakfast and some complimentary show tickets all for about one hundred dollars. “What’s the catch?” I asked as my husband is very skeptical about these types of offers. I was told this was a promotional offer available for taking a look at the new Branson’s Nantucket resort.
We must have been on the phone for a while because I wondered out loud why anyone would give away a deal at such a great price just for previewing a resort. It was sounding too good to be true so I asked that the girl to explain a little more. She told me that her bosses understood that my vacation time is extremely valuable and this promotion was simply a gift given in return for the time spent at their resort. It’s just a different way they spend their marketing dollars because they prefer to show off their resort and membership packages in person rather than through traditional marketing. The explanation made sense so I went ahead and booked the package for the following month.
Upon arrival in Branson, we went to their Welcome Center and received a package that included our hotel vouchers and an invitation for the next morning to see the resort. With just a little apprehension we to the resort the following morning and were greeted by an extremely pleasant and helpful young lady. There were a few other couple waiting there and as we spoke to them we found that most were on the same package we were on. After a few minutes, we were met by our host who was called Mike. He seemed like a nice fellow him and my husband spoke with him about the local hunting while I enjoyed a donut and fresh coffee. After the small talk we were brought into another room with all the other couples and they started a video presentation that explained what the deeded vacation shares are.
When the presentation was over a bus came and took us to the resort where we were completely blown away by what we saw. Now I understood why they wanted to do these presentations in person. The resort itself was incredibly beautiful with a view of Table Rock Lake that is unbelievable. It simply sold itself. We were thinking about buying a cottage on a lake back home, but once we saw the resort and understood the concept, we could no longer justify the price of the cabin.
The bus came back and we went back to the Branson’s Nantucket welcome center where Mike welcomed us at the door. As we went inside, we could feel the excitement in the room but my husband immediately told Mike that we were not going to purchase anything today because we always waited a few days before making a major purchase. Mike did not seem to mind and simply responded that the choice was ours but there were some tremendous incentives for joining today which he proceeded to show us. After some private talk between me and my husband, we decided to join that day. I never thought the phone call that night would lead us to owning vacations shares in Branson, but it did and we are very happy with our decision.

Bransons Nantuckets Resorts leads the way in hybrid Timeshares Known as Deeded Interest Shares
December 2, 2009
Missouri Resort Bransons Nantucket Resorts, revolutionizes the typical timeshare with a hybrid version
Bransons Nantucket Resorts is being called Missouri’s leading lakefront vacation resort for good reason. Branson Nantucket Resorts has been offering its many owners a hybrid style timeshare that seems to be becoming very popular with many timeshares owners out there. “The stigma regarding timeshare ownership can sometimes be not a positive one” stated Bransons Nantucket Resorts operation manager Geoff Petters. “Our resort has taken the good of what timeshare offers which is the concept of paying for only the holiday time that you would normally use. For example, why by a second vacation home if you will only use it a fraction of the time?”
Petters went on to explain, “The large upfront cost of a second home is just the beginning of the worry. The upkeep and the worry while you are not there, wondering who will take care of the property itself and the taxes are all serious considerations. For the average Joe and Mary owning a vacation home is usually just a pipe dream.” But along came the timeshare concept where a couple could purchase just one or two weeks and use it at their resort or exchange their week to another location with over 150 countries to choose from. Actually the choices are endless but the down fall is the as the value of the land goes up but the timeshare does not.
Bransons Nantucket Resorts Lakefront vacation resort is changing the way vacation time is sold through deeded interest shares. Now a family can enjoy their stay at Bransons Nantucket Resorts with their luxury free standing home located on the shores of Table Rock Lake which is one of the top ten lakes in the United States. Families enjoy the panoramic views that have made Bransons Nantucket Resorts famous and there will even be an elevator in each home that boasts over 3600 square feet of luxury living. Gourmet kitchens and luxurious surroundings help make staying in a treat.
Bransons Nantucket Resorts resort’s hybrid is deeded interest shares which now give the owners a share in the equity of the land. In addition to that benefit, thanks to its affiliation with Holiday Systems International, a Bransons Nantucket Resorts owner can use his deeded interest in an Alaskan cruise or even go to a NASCAR race, making it much more flexible that the old timeshare. Also, with deeded vacation shares you can always leave you legacy to your loved ones and give them a gift of continued vacations to remember you by.
Bransons Nantucket Resort’s welcome center offers a preview of their deeded interest shares program. Anyone interested in attending their preview is encouraged to contact the resort directly.

Bransons Nantucket Resorts to Offer Pet Friendly Vacationing
December 2, 2009
Bransons Nantucket Resorts has always found the most dependable advice for improvements comes directly from its members and because for many, pets are an integral part of our life and so when we go on vacations they want to take their pets along with them. It is all about enjoying your vacation, the time when work is left behind and is replaced with a joyful smile and quality family time.
Geoff Petters, operations manager stated, “You plan your trip to one of the best resort destinations such as Bransons Nantucket Resorts, and our owners simply wanted to bring the entire family including the four legged children.” Once you arrive, during the summer, fall, or in winter, a flurry of activities will be awaiting you. You may go golfing, try mountain biking or bungee jumping, get engaged in dancing and boating, cruising or may take in a show or two. And now at Bransons Nantucket Resorts one more thing that you can do is, of course, your daily walk with your pet.
So, before packing your bags and heading to your destination, here are a few tips that need to be considered when booking the best possible vacation for your family. First try booking your accommodations directly with Bransons Nantucket Resorts. Petters explained, “Many property owners love to have pets in their homes and their only expectation is to be able to travel with them. So, at Bransons Nantucket Resorts, we completely understand your need to take your pet along with you.”
When you visit Bransons Nantucket Resorts, one advantage to definitely take advantage of is the ability to talk directly with the other owners of the property. This is the best chance to compare details and determine whether the vacation rental home is to your liking. This way you will get to experience the actual rental unit you want to stay at first before making a decision which is not the case with many hotels.
“Thanks to Branson’s Nantucket Resorts, you will never have to leave your pet alone in an unfamiliar place for an extended period of time again, added Petters. “All we ask is that our owners and guests stick to the property policies while at the resort with their pets and avoid the situation of trying to guess. Branson’s Nantucket Resorts prides itself in customer satisfaction and continually looks for new ways to make the vacation experience here nice enough so that will inspire you to tell your friends.”
