Timeshare Hybrid Offered at Branson’s Nantucket Resort

December 11, 2009

Branson’s Nantucket resort has been dubbed Missouri’s top rated lakefront resort and for good reason. The new resort has been built on the shores of Table Rock Lake which is one of the top ten lakes in the United States. The resort boasts freestanding homes with over 3600 square feet spread out over five stories of total luxury. Branson’s Nantucket builder James Lansdale has commented that the finishing details throughout the resort are the best quality, including specialty items such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchens and windows filled with Argon gas, the most advanced windows available in green technologies.

Branson’s Nantucket offers a unique membership that allows its members to hold a deeded vacation interest in the property. The typical timeshare on the market today allows usage at the resort and trading abilities to other resorts as well. Lakefront property like that found at Branson’s Nantucket is scarce and the value has always gone up even during recessionary periods the value of the property will rise. With this in mind, the deeded vacation shares allow the owners to share in the equity of the property value, including when the home values increase.

Branson’s Nantucket resort began offering deeded vacation shares this year and the response has been overwhelming. According to Geoff Petters, operations manager at the resort, “We’ve had many timeshare owners coming to view the property and the one complaint we hear most often is that some of their timeshares just don’t work as good as they expected. Another common problem is that their trading value is poor and when they have no desire to return to their home base, there is no availability where they want to go.”

Branson’s Nantucket resort eliminated that problem for the most part by building a luxury project that consistently receives top ratings in the state of Missouri. The resort features amenities that include a private elevator that goes all the way to what has become the famous Widows Walk high above Table Rock Lake. This unbelievable viewing area was once reached only by spiral staircase so many of the guests declined going atop the residences. Now the members can ascend in comfort and this has become a favorite feature for the elderly or anyone who simply does not like stairs. Branson’s Nantucket resort sells itself so returning to their lakefront home as some people call it is truly something to look forward to.

Branson’s Nantucket’s exchange program is done through a company called Holiday systems International who are the new upcoming exchange company. HSI offers breakaway weeks that allow a member to use another property without giving up their home base and this is a godsend for anyone that has given a week to an exchange company only to get nothing in return.

Branson’s Nantucket resort and its deeded vacation shares are definitely a big part of the timeshare industry’s future. Branson’s Nantucket resort hold previews at their welcome center located at the top of Stormy Point rd and HWY 76 anyone interested in attending one of these fun filled previews should contact the resort directly.
